The opportunity
A program built for the next generation of global innovators
IISLP brings young women from around the world to Istanbul, Türkiye for two weeks of workshops, teamwork, and international collaboration. You work in an international team on a project of your own, present it at a showcase on the final days, and leave with a network of people building similar things in other countries.
The program is run by a small group of entrepreneurs whose main goal is to create new successful entrepreneurs and invest in their team projects. The two weeks are designed around that goal — you build something real, with people who have done it themselves.
Accommodation, meals and a university workspace are provided by the host for the full two weeks. Accepted participants travelling from outside Türkiye also receive a full travel scholarship, with flights to and from Istanbul arranged by IISLP — so where you live does not decide whether you can take part. There is no fee to apply or to take part.
No previous professional experience is required. We look for curiosity, motivation, and a genuine desire to contribute.
What the host provides
Everything you need to focus on what matters
Accommodation
Provided by the host for the full two weeks, at no cost to you. We are working towards DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul - Piyalepasa.
Meals
Meals are provided by the host throughout the program, so food is one less thing to plan for.
University workspace
Participants are hosted at universities in Istanbul as their working space during the program — a real campus environment for building your team project.
International network

Phase 2 - Interview
Passed applicants are invited to an interview via Google Meet, Zoom, or text.
Final decision
Accepted, waitlisted, or not accepted - and you hear from us either way.
Certificate
Certificate of Completion in Global Innovation and Social Leadership
Certificate of Excellence in Innovation and Leadership
Awarded to participants who complete the program and meet the 80% attendance requirement. The 1st-place team and the MVP participant also receive a Certificate of Excellence. The exact certificate titles and format are confirmed closer to the program.
We are working towards support from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). This is a goal we are pursuing, not a current partnership or endorsement.
