Who can apply

The program is open to women aged 13–27 (both inclusive).

• Applicants from any country in the world are welcome.
• No previous professional experience is required.
• Applying is completely free.
• You must be between 13 and 27 years old at the time of application.

Places are limited, and every application is read individually by our review team.

If you are under 18

Applicants under 18 are welcome and are a normal part of every group.

Your application includes a section for a parent or guardian, and we confirm their consent with them directly before the program begins. This step exists to protect younger participants — it is not an obstacle to applying.

What we look for

Curiosity, motivation, and a genuine interest in working with people from other countries. A strong application explains what you care about and what you want to build. It does not need an impressive resume behind it.
