About the Program

Our mission

IISLP is run by a small group of entrepreneurs whose main goal is to create new successful entrepreneurs and invest in their team projects. We bring together young women from around the world to build practical innovation skills, social leadership, and an international network that outlasts the program itself.

Where we are based

The program is based in Istanbul, Türkiye, and runs there in full. Istanbul is a city that bridges continents and cultures, and that shapes how the two weeks feel: international by default.

What IISLP is

IISLP is a free, volunteer-run, non-commercial educational and social initiative. It is not a company, corporation, or legal entity, and it is organized by a team of individual volunteers and coordinators. Taking part does not create an employment, internship, or commercial relationship — this is a program you join, not a job you are hired for.

Who it is for

The program is designed for women aged 13–27 (both inclusive), from any country in the world. No previous professional experience is required.

Applicants under 18 are welcome and are a normal part of every group. The application includes a section for a parent or guardian, and we confirm consent with them directly.

What is provided

Accommodation, meals and a university workspace are provided by the host for the full duration of the program, at no cost to participants.

Travel is covered too. Accepted participants travelling from outside Türkiye receive a full travel scholarship, with flights to and from Istanbul arranged by IISLP. Accepted participants based in Türkiye can apply for travel support where they need it. Where a visa is required, our team can provide the supporting documents an embassy asks for.

What we look for

Motivation, openness to working with people from other countries, and a sincere interest in social leadership — not a polished resume. Every application is read individually by our review team.

This site uses a .eu.cc domain because IISLP is a volunteer-run, non-commercial initiative. The domain does not affect the program itself. Each certificate issued by the program can be verified through its unique verification link. You can read our full legal terms and privacy policy, and reach the team directly through the in-app support channel.
